Whale watching restaurant on PCH, somewhere between LA and San Louis Obispo.trying to find again?

It is a little place, with a white balcony/patio out back where you can watch the whales play in the water below. The area is known to have lots of whales around. It is romantic and has great sandwiches, and a great place to stop on a coastal drive. Can anyone tell me the name of this place and where exactly it is? I was there so long ago, and don’t remember.
